Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at help@ardenwear.com with your order number. Our brands ship from their own studios and warehouses, so your return goes back to the brand partner that shipped it. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you the correct return address, a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Custom or personalized items and items marked Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned. Gift cards are not returnable. If you have a question about a specific item, get in touch before you order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a separate order for the new one once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at help@ardenwear.com.
